Go 'INSIDE BOURBON STEAK,' New Behind the Scenes Dinner Series
Foodies and at-home cooks will have the ultimate culinary experience at
BOURBON STEAK’s brand new dinner series kicking off Father’s Day, June 16. Michael Mina’s modern American
steakhouse, located in The Westin St. Francis, is offering the unique opportunity to go “Inside BOURBON STEAK”
where guests not only enjoy an incredible meal, but also get the opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade
directly from the BOURBON STEAK team. Participants of “Inside BOURBON STEAK” will learn about the seasonal
cuisine, classic cocktails, and exceptional wines that the restaurant is known for.
Each class will be a four-hour group experience kicking off at 3 p.m. with a cocktail reception. Shortly thereafter,
the groups begin the first of four seminars, rotating every 20 minutes.
